Dynamics NAV 2009 for Small Businesses

Soltec have applied their vast experience in the small business accounting field to create a package based around Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 taylored specifically for small businesses that have perhaps outgrown their basic accounting package or require the more sophisticated functionality of Microsoft's premier mid-range ERP software.

The package starts with 3 concurrent users (can be expanded by adding user licenses) and includes the following:

Microsoft Dynamics NAV2009 Business Essentials Edition - including the following modules:

Core Financial Management:

• General Ledger
• Fixed Assets
• Cash Management

Supply Chain Management:

• Sales and Receivables
• Purchase and Payables
• Basic Inventory

The implementation includes 5 days' consultancy from Soltec's qualified and experienced staff covering:

• Initial installation and configuration
• Conversion and import of fixed data such as customer/supplier and product records
• Import of opening balances in purchase, sales and general ledgers and stocks
• Training to include Financials, Sales and Purchase Order processing and inventory Management
